Services

Pilates
Our Pilates classes focus on building core strength, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility through controlled, low-impact movement. Suitable for all fitness levels, these classes are designed to support injury prevention, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
We proudly offer specialised options including Pre-Natal Pilates, Post-Natal Pilates, and Mums & Bubs classes, creating a safe and supportive space for mothers at every stage. Whether you are returning to exercise or simply looking to feel stronger and more balanced, our Pilates program provides a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Conditioning
Our Conditioning classes are designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall physical performance. Through a combination of targeted exercises, students develop the muscular control and stamina needed to support both dance training and general fitness.
These classes are suitable for dancers and non-dancers alike, offering a structured and motivating environment to build strength, reduce injury risk, and enhance confidence in movement.

Progressive Ballet Technique
Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative training program that uses exercise balls and resistance equipment to develop core strength, alignment, and muscle memory essential for dance.
PBT helps students better understand their bodies and improves technique in a safe and supportive way. It is particularly beneficial for dancers looking to refine their posture, balance, and control, while also reducing the risk of injury.
