At Momentum, we welcome new students throughout the year and have a simple process to help every dancer settle into the right class with confidence.
Our experienced teachers will assess your dancer's current level and recommend the most suitable classes based on their age, experience and goals.

Competition Opportunities Still Available
For dancers who love to perform, there are still exciting opportunities available throughout the remainder of the year.
Depending on age, experience and availability, students may be eligible to join:

• Solos
• Duos & Trios
• Performance opportunities throughout the year
Our teachers will discuss the most appropriate pathway during your trial and placement.
Competition places are limited in some groups.

Audition for Our End-of-Year Musical
One of the highlights of our year is our fully staged musical production.
Students joining in Term 3 still have the opportunity to audition and become part of this exciting experience.
Whether your child loves dancing, acting or singing, our productions provide an incredible opportunity to develop confidence, teamwork and stage experience while creating unforgettable memories.
Auditions take place during Term 3.

Whether your dancer is taking their first class or continuing years of training, our goal is to help every student grow with confidence, creativity and excellence.

Can we join in the middle of the year? Absolutely. Students are welcome throughout the year, and we'll recommend the most appropriate classes for their age and experience.
Can my child still perform in the end-of-year concert? Absolutely, yes! Our teachers will work closely with new students to help them learn choreography and prepare for performances.
Can they still compete? Depending on age, experience and availability, students may be eligible to join competition teams, perform a solo or take part in other performance opportunities.
What if my child is nervous? Joining a new studio can feel daunting, but creating a welcoming environment is one of our greatest priorities. Our teachers and students work together to ensure every new dancer feels included and supported.
Can we book a trial before enrolling? Of course. We encourage every new family to attend a trial class so you can experience Momentum before making your decision.
